The first GAA training session in the Algarve
Play Gaelic Football
GAA Portugal will be hosting the first training session / introduction to Gaelic Games in the Algarve on Sunday July 1st.
We plan to do a light programme to introduce people to Gaelic Football, teaching some basic skills, and playing some games.
No previous GAA knowledge or experience is required. Everybody is welcome. It's free to join in.
We will have drinks afterwards in Vale do Lobo for anyone that wants to join us - non players are very welcome. We are hoping to discuss the possibility of getting a local GAA club up and running in the Algarve. This will be the first of a few training sessions in the Algarve during the summer.
Travelling from lisbon: We will be arranging cars from Lisbon on Sunday. If you are interesting in joining please contact richard@gaa.pt

Register your interest. We will connect you with people in your area, notify you when training begins or social events are planned.
If there are not enough people in your area to form a team you are welcome to join other teams when we travel to tournaments. Our aim is to have at least one Portuguese team competing next season.
